Service Definition
TipXAtlas, Enneagram kişilik tipleri ve diğer kişilik değerlendirme araçları üzerinden bireysel ve kurumsal gelişim hizmetleri sunan dijital bir platformdur. Platform üzerinden test çözme, rapor alma, eğitimlere katılma, uzman danışmanlık hizmetleri gibi hizmetlerden yararlanabilirsiniz.
Membership and Account Security
Account Creation
- Platformu kullanabilmek için geçerli bir e-posta adresi ile üye olmanız gerekmektedir
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Parental or guardian consent is required for users under 18 years old.
- A person can only create one account
Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activities that take place in your account.
- You need to immediately inform us if you notice any suspicious activity.
- You cannot share your account with others.
Three Usage Rules
By using the platform, you agree to abide by the following rules:
Forbidden Behaviors
- Activities that will put the platform's security at risk
- Unauthorized access to other users' data
- Spam, malware, or virus distribution
- Creating fake accounts or impersonation
- Reverse engineer the source code of the platform.
- Do not use content for non-commercial purposes.
- Don't try to manipulate the test results.
Content Usage
- All content on the platform is protected by copyright.
- You cannot copy, distribute or use the contents for commercial purposes without permission.
- Test results and reports are for personal use only.
Payment and Cancellation Conditions
Pricing
- Some services are charged, and the prices are indicated on the platform.
- Prices can be changed without prior notice.
- Payments are made through secure payment infrastructures.
- All prices include VAT.
Return and Cancellation
- Digital content can be returned within 14 days (if not consumed).
- Acceptance of return is not permitted after the test has been solved
- Live sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours before the training starts.
- Refund requests must be made through the contact form.
Intellectual Property Rights
Platform üzerindeki tüm içerikler (testler, sorular, algoritmalar, raporlar, tasarımlar, logolar, metinler, görseller) TipXAtlas'ın fikri mülkiyetidir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the contents without permission.
- You cannot share test questions and algorithms
- You cannot use the reports for commercial purposes.
Responsibility Denial
Service Continuity
Platform 7/24 hizmet vermeyi hedefler ancak teknik aksaklıklar, bakım çalışmaları veya güncelleme nedeniyle hizmet kesintileri yaşanabilir. Bu kesintilerden dolayı sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz.
Test Results
Test sonuçları ve raporlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Tıbbi tanı veya tedavi yerine geçmez. Zorlu durumlar için mutlaka profesyonel destek alınmalıdır.
Third-party connections
Platformumuz üçüncü taraf web sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden veya gizlilik politikalarından sorumlu değiliz.
Suspension and Termination of Account 7
Your account may be suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:
- Violate the terms of use
- You shall not engage in illegal activities.
- Do not harm other users
- You threaten the security of the platform.
- You have not used your account for 6 months.
Changes
Bu kullanım şartlarını herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler e-posta ile bildirilecektir. Değişikliklerden sonra platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde İstanbul (Merkez) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
